My name is Hanta.

I was born and raised in Madagascar and now live in Chicago, IL; with my husband and our son.

I love life. I love being a mother to my wonderful little boy and I love being a wife to my fantastic husband. Oh! and let’s not forget, I love to eat.

When we found out that our son had food allergies, we decided to completely change our diet to a dairy-free, egg-free and nut-free diet. This has started a whole new chapter in my experience in the kitchen and also prompted me to try cooking and baking things from scratch to be safe for the whole family to eat.
